Working with Vince and his team at Capital Building Systems was a real pleasure. Simply stated, they did everything they said they would…..and more! They kept their appointments, completed the job when they said they would, and were very professional every time my wife, my kids or I came in contact with them. When we ran into trouble with the city with permits, they helped us get a variance and worked their schedule around ours to get the job done. As the job progressed and we saw an opportunity or two to tweak the plans, Vince worked with us to include the changes without charging an arm and a leg. Even when a portion of the freshly laid concrete didn’t meet Vince’s standards, he ripped it out and replaced it on his own. Most important, our patios and deck still look great four years later.
